Hello and thank you for checking out my profile! My name is Matt Briggs Lawson and I am the owner of Briggs American Homes, a residential real estate brokerage team at Keller Williams. If you're here reading my profile, you're wanting to learn more about who I am, about my team, and about my brand.  

I started my real estate career at the age of 16 as an apprentice for a licensed architect in my hometown of Midlothian, VA. After my introduction into the world of architecture I branched into business and obtained my Bachelors degree from Christopher Newport University in Newport News, VA and my Masters degree from Ashford University in Denver, CO. While obtaining these degrees I remained in the real estate industry working and training in the areas of mortgages, appraising, home building, and sales. In 2014 I officially started my residential real estate team, Briggs American Homes, in Denver, CO. Today, Briggs American Homes operates in Colorado, North Carolina, South Carolina, Virginia (Coming Soon!), and Georgia (Coming Soon!).

Briggs American Homes has become one of the top teams in the Nation, reaching over $100 Million in Sales in the last five years and ranking among the top 1% of Realtors in the US. Our team consists of agents with a combined 40 years of real estate knowledge and experience to ensure our clients receive the highest level of service every day. We assist in all areas of residential real estate sales including luxury real estate, relocation, resale, move up purchases, investment and portfolio growth, 1031 exchanges, and first-time home buyers.
